We develop, modify, integrate, and support military, government and industry’s mission critical high technology products. We have expertise in RF, Digital, Analog and RF/ Microwave engineering services.
- ITT TSS provides a full range of engineering services that can take a product from concept design through testing and delivery; a complete life-cycle of the product.
- ITT TSS uses the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools to design and develop both digital and analog circuits.
- ITT TSS has over 30 years experience in software design, code, test, and documenting per MIL-Spec, IEEE 12207, or CMM level 2 requirements with legacy languages and state-of-the-art system languages.
- ITT TSS can design and/or reengineer Level II/III drawing designs, conduct rapid prototyping, manufacture precision housings and perform environmental testing with thermal, stress, and weight analysis.
ITT TSS’s Avionics Integration Support Facilities are used to develop and maintain Operational Flight Program (OFP) software and Mission Data at the Air Force Electronic Warfare laboratories located at Robins AFB, Eglin AFB, Edwards AFB and Tinker AFB.
ITT TSS has developed numerous software tools to improve the accuracy and reduce the time required for collecting data. ITT TSS also develops Electronic Warfare (EW) and Avionics testing equipment, instrumentation, and simulators for data analysis. Some of our data analysis tools are:
AVSIM (Avionic Simulators) - Simulates aircraft avionics systems such as inertial navigation and radar altimeter systems.
MAVS (RF Measurement and Verification Systems) - an automated RF instrumentation system that measures emitter input to SUT and RF jamming output signals.
EXCM (Expendable Countermeasure Simulator) - Enable integrated testing of expendable countermeasures and other avionics systems.
RASS (Robust Automated Scoring Software) - A Windows XP application to analyze and score expected instrumentation, flight, and EW laboratory data against actual data.
ITT TSS also supports U.S. Air Force and Navy Electronic Warfare program offices by developing EW test plans, tools for data reduction and analysis as well as test display and assessment tools for System-Under-Test (SUT) in lab environments and at open air EW ranges.
ITT TSS has over 25 years experience designing, building, integrating, testing, deploying and maintaining Electronic Warfare (EW) and Avionics/Electronics systems both domestically and internationally. Our laboratory equipment consists of EW specific Integrated Electronic Warfare Special Test Equipment (STE), General Purpose Test Equipment (GPTE) and the Transportable Test Line (TTL). The TTL is a mobile EW test lab that allows users to transport their SUT to open air EW testing environments.
- ITT TSS has over 25 years of EW test and support experience at Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) Edwards AFB, Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR), Eglin AFB, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Naval Air Weapons Center (NAWC) Test Ranges, and other locations.
ITT TSS engineers develop detailed threat representation validation reports for Tri-Service test, evaluation and training use. Validation reports are used to support military threat representation accreditation and for general use in test, evaluation and training applications. ITT TSS engineers also develop Threat Simulator Critical Parameters (TSCPs) representing actual threat system used with stimulators and simulators.
